Bea Alonzo as Betty La Fea (ABS-CBN)

Officially announced by ABS-CBN, and Wenn Deramas, who will also be the one to direct the said show, that Bea Alonzo will be the one to play the role of Betty La Fea, now on its Philippine adaptation. Betty La Fea was then a Mexican telenovela which was a hit show here in the philippines on the later times.

Betty La Fea is the story of a not-so-pretty but intelligent woman who falls in love with her boss and decides to have a makeover.

In preparation for the said role, Bea will attend workshops and she will also watch the original series for the upcoming taping scheduled in next weeks. The only new here is he will not work with his leading mn John Lloyd but with 3 other gentlemens. This show is just one of the upcoming releases of ABS-CBN.
